- fixed bug with getParse()/setParse(); there is a problem, because
  _stringTransform() is unable to parse multi line template variables (codes)
  so output from getParse() cannot contains any \n characters

- again various speed optimalizations
- improved file loading with fread() in loop removed _simpleEchoTransform()
  method and stuff around
- unnecessary comments and string conversions removed

- various cool and brutall speed optimalizations (!!!)
- first one: changed output for evaluation; simple strings are not printed via
  echo with neccessary str_replace() of quoting characters, but they are
  directly passed; it can bring you around 0.03s on few templates; example
  follows: ...this is PHP code ?> simple_string <?php code continues here
- second one: when you masivelly use reload(), on further calls of this
  function is not again file parsed via _stringTransform() method, but already
  parsed array is modified to form as it has been just new; it can bring you
  on few templates even some seconds; in example on portal PraveSpektrum.SK,
  Rozhovory: 1.05 -> 0.76; Komentare: 8-9 -> 1.66
