These scripts should be used by ep to create meta-irc server which will
stand for a IRC <-> Atlantis gateway.

Connection of subroutines is following:

	Atlantis (telnet server) -> telnet -> atl2irc.pl -> meta-irc -> irc client

	                         <- ...... <- irc2atl.pl <- ........ <- 
	
	The atl2irc.pl and irc2atl.pl may want to send back communication -
	this is done via ERRPUT->INPUT which is their interconnection
	(the ERRPUT messages are prefixed with \001).
