Fixed documentation installation directory
($prefix/doc/libcfg-$VERSION/).
Fixed automatic documetation building (not every people have DocBook;
and it is also unlogical run DocBook to generate documentation, while it
is already generated and included in distribution).
Fixed bad dependencies (uninstall depends on install, etc.).
