Diff to selected 1.2 (unified)

* Fixed 'make clean' for doc/man/ subridectory (CVS files in doc/man/).
* Added proper .cvsignore, fixed doc/.cvsignore.
* Substitute '@MANVOLNUM@'.
* Create new file  doc/man/libcfg+.man from  doc/man/libcfg+.man.in.
* Fixed problem with $PATH and db-html2man, db-get-id utils for building
  documentation (used full path to programs).

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
