Added full begin_pos and end_pos usage in command line parsing.
API methods cfg_(get|set)_cmdline_context() changes. Parameter argc
  removed, begin_pos and end_pos added.
New macros cfg_(get|set)_cmdline_context_by_argc() created to get
  backward compatibility. Please change your old
  cfg_(get|set)_cmdline_context() calls to these new functions/macros.

  checks works properly; for INT it doesn't
    - int and long seems to be the same datatype

command line & config file parsing library

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
