All elements array members, bytes and lines in file) are counted from 0.
Appropriate changes in error message printing functions.
Move initialization stuff for command line parsing from
  cfg_set_cmdline_context() function to cmdline parsing function to
  analogical behaviour for line and file.
Context structure update (memebrs reorganization, new members, etc.).

Temporary change to make libcfg+ works with old API.

Added full begin_pos and end_pos usage in command line parsing.
API methods cfg_(get|set)_cmdline_context() changes. Parameter argc
  removed, begin_pos and end_pos added.
New macros cfg_(get|set)_cmdline_context_by_argc() created to get
  backward compatibility. Please change your old
  cfg_(get|set)_cmdline_context() calls to these new functions/macros.

Special properties stuff completely rewritten from scratch.

* leftover arguments dual mode:
  1.) can have valid options after leftover arguments

  variable. Can be changed by changing context flags.
* better stuff for manipulating with context flags (add, remove, clear, ...)

FIXED: for each numeric data type (INT, UINT, LONG, ...) tests if range
  checks works properly; for INT it doesn't
    - int and long seems to be the same datatype
FIXED: fix ULONG argument parsing (there is strange strtoul() behaviour)

Whole testing, numeric values works fine.

Additional numeric types (DOUBLE, FLOAT and UNSIGNED LONG) handling with appropriate range checks (not tested yet).

command line & config file parsing library

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
