*  File ./FEATURES.txt moved to ./vim/doc/FEATURES.txt.
*  File ./tags detto.
* Set 'runtimepath' to ~/.vim --> ~/.vim/doc is searched for
  documentation.

* FEATURES.txt is documentation of vimconfig project.
* Filetype of FEATURES.txt is like vim helpfiles.
* File tags is created from FEATURES.txt but for some purposes is
  included to distribution and CVS Repository.
* Added new function Help() and new command :Help.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
