Hello Robert,

Thank you for extending PME features to include csv export. Please add me to the request list for the export class.

My address is reber@mochamail.com.

Gratefully,
Reber

Robert,
I have integrated PME into MD-Pro (PostNuke fork) and make it working as a non-api compliant module with permissions activated. Your CSV extension is exactly what is missing to my project, will be possible to have a copy of your extension.

Regards
Eric

Hi Eric,

I'm interesting in this module. May I ask you to send me a copy of your modified files or to explain me how you made it, please?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Robert

I have not seen you respond to requests for the source in a while, but if you or anyone else with it could send me a copy i'd really appreciate it.

charles -at- galpin .dot. org

thanks

I am willing to make the code available for those who need it, and maybe it can also be added to the main class, if the PhpMyEdit authors consider this useful. The export feature is general enough for my needs, but the code may need some improvement to be fully compatible with the phpMyEdit coding standards.

Regards,
Robert

Could anyone who has a copy of these modifications post them to the bugs as a improvement request, and attach the files.

This is a great feature enhancement.

Hi all

Previous year was a very busy for me. I know I did not devote optimal time for phpMyEdit development, however some progress was made (thanks to all contributors!) For covering several expenses/costs, our Platon SDG group was working on various commercial projects. We made several interesting solutions and conclusions.

One from the list is phpMyEdit-export class, what is used for particular database table(s) exporting. It offers these features:

  • simple HTML export
  • CSV (comma-separated values) export
  • table-like MS-Word export
  • MS-Word export (similar to Mantis one)
  • MS-Excel export (again similar to Mantis)
  • possibility to create any other custom report

We plan to introduce this and others products with newly prepared phpMyEdit.org website, however if you would like to review and/or purchase such product earlier, feel free to contact us at the sales@platon.sk e-mail address.

Robert,

Not sure if you will get this... I would like to get a copy of your class file for "export to csv" in PhpMyEdit if possible. Do you have a set of diffs so I can use it on the most recent verison in CVS by any chance?

Thanks!!! best,

Ben
