Hi,
I need to write an application where the user either selects a record and then presses a print button or - preferrable - sees a small print button next to each record. The functionality of the button is quite simple. It should open a new php-generated page with just two values of the selected record shown. A style sheet will take care of formatting and the user can then invoke the print feature of the browser to print the fields into a form sheet.
What would be the best approach to get this done with phpMyEdit?
Thanks and regards
Roland

afaik the easiest way is to create a virtual field with a href link to the print page.

You can make that button for record and then its print. You will gave to set the scrolling selecting option for this development because assignment masters reviewl if you will not give this selection of option then it will cost you paper of printer higher.
