I want to make an input (text, combo, etc) form with two or three columns table, with cross-down order. I mean the order is

1 2 3
-------- -------- --------
|text1 | |text2 | |text3 |
-------- -------- --------

4 5 6
-------- -------- --------
|text4 | |text5 | |text6 |
-------- -------- --------
