I just created a form using phpmyedit. It used the fields I have in mysql workbench. See subject, it is having issues with the date value. How can this be if it is grabbing directly from mysql? I have the date field set as Date for value. Thanks!

It would appear there could be a variety of reasons:

If you export the table schema, and some of the data, and post it in the forum, along with your script, perhaps someone will spot the problem.
