The Jaguars went up 19 points when running back T.J. Yeldon scored with 25 seconds left in Sunday’s game against the Jets and most coaches probably would have felt secure kicking the extra point to go up 20 points in that spot.Jaguars coach Doug Marrone went for two

, however. He said after the game that the chart he consulted said to go for two in that scenario, presumably to avoid three touchdowns and three extra points in a very brief period. Jets defensive end Leonard Williams wasn’t a fan of that decision.“I think it’s really disrespectful … but at the same time, I think it’s up to us to gain that respect from other teams and if teams are disrespecting us

, it must say something about us,” Williams said, via NJ.com. “That’s how I took it. i took it really personal and I didn’t like it at all.”Safety Jamal Adams and wide receiver Quincy Enunwa didn’t find anything wrong with Marrone’s decision. Both used variations of saying that they’d also “step on their throats” in the Jaguars’ position.Sunday’s loss was the third in a row for the Jets

, so it’s been a while since they’ve been in such a spot. The Jacksonville Jaguars (3-4) are “hosting” the Philadelphia Eagles (3-4) at Wembley Stadium in London. Before the game begins, we wanted to ask the Big Cat Country team (and you!) a simple question:“How will the Jaguars do against the Eagles today?”Alfie Crow (@AlfieBCC)I can’t pick the Jaguars to win until I see their offense show life. Eagles win 20-6Ryan Day (@ryaneatscake)Blake Bortles is bad again until he’s good again and he is an anchor that can keep even a generational defense at bay. Sad.Eagles win 23-10Jon Kirland (@BCBCouch)I checked the roster and have accurately identified that Blake Bortles is still the starting quarterback for the Jaguars. This will be a fun cap to Revenue Week!Eagles win 23-10Ryan O’Bleness (@ryanobleness)I’ve been as optimistic as I can with the Jaguars, but it’s getting harder and harder to do that with the team’s performance the past few weeks. And now there are reports that four players were arrested following an altercation at a London nightclub. It is clear that the focus is not where it needs to be. Oh

, and three undrafted rookies are likely to get significant playing time in the secondary. Carson Wentz is going to have a field day. The only thing I can hope for is that Blake Bortles and the rest of the Jacksonville offense find that London magic it has had the past three seasons. It doesn’t make any sense to pick the Jags in this game, but here I am. Jaguars win 27-23Brian Fullford (@iambwf)This has all the makings of a rebound game for the Eagles. I was buying the advantage of “the Jaguars have been there” and then the arrests happened. Seems like the fourth wheel has come off the wagon. It isn’t clear to me this team believes the season is salvageable. My bold prediction is that Bortles doesn’t play half bad, but that’s only better than the last three games. Not enough to win.Eagles win 27-10Filip Prus (@JaxonFil)“Good teams don’t lose four games in a row.” — Calais Campbell

, maybe?I actually think the Jaguars win this week for no other reason than the NFL is weird and the moment you get ready to write a team (and a player) off, they come back out of nowhere and surprise you. The Jaguars are going to take the ball out of Blake’s hands and allow him to operate off of play action bootlegs and use his legs if his first read isn’t there. Not having A.J. Bouye on defense is concerning, but Meeks was a good player at Stanford and has been waiting for his moment to prove he should’ve been drafted. Jaguars win with a Carlos Hyde touchdown
