If you have purchased a flexible or refundable ticket, you can usually cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. The departure date must be booked at least 1 week in advance. 'Flex Economy' ticket holders may cancel their flight 30 minutes prior to departure for a $99 cancellation fee.
According to brussels airlines cancellation policy Passengers holding a "Premium Economy-Saver" ticket may cancel their ticket up to 60 minutes prior to departure for a $99 cancellation fee.
If you use "Premium Economy-Flex", you can cancel your ticket without additional charge within 60 minutes of booking.
