Passengers must cancel their airline ticket within 24 hours of purchasing the ticket. Envoy Air offers this as the sole criterion for a full refund. Envoy Air Cancellation Policy says Passengers can cancel their flight tickets within 24 hours of the flight's scheduled departure. But at this point they have the right to cancel. The Air representative will deduct the cancellation fee from the flight price, after which they will refund the remaining amount to the passenger's payment source.
