Problems of job seekers who apply for jobs and do not get the job Part of it may come from the salary stated in your job application. especially fresh graduates The salary is like a senior level, even without experience. Or someone just started interviewing for a job. Soon after talking, they asked about the salary already. Therefore, the technique for calling salary is brought to know that what to do and should not be done in the salary claim
Do
Do Salary calls should be at an appropriate rate. You should find information about the salary rates for the position you are applying for. for reference in your salary claim
Do also explore your abilities. Do you have the ability to get the salary you want? It's not a high salary because it's not enough for your existing expenses. But the ability is not enough, it is difficult to get a job.
Do answering questions about strengths and successes showcases your values. Emphasize to the interviewer how you can use it for the benefit of the company. When an employer sees value in you, he or she will pay the highest rate he can afford.
Don't
Don't talk about salary if the interviewer hasn't asked. because employers may consider You value money over work.
Don't should not update the current salary. To get a higher salary, HR can look at the salary slip or check to your old job, it's not difficult to find the truth.
Don't rush into negotiating your desired salary right away. You may agree with your employer that You have accepted the salary that was previously offered by your employer. And when you pass the pro, the results are satisfactory. Can you request a salary adjustment later?
Don't just look at the salary See including compensation, benefits, job title. and working atmosphere
Money is a big issue, but it's not the most important thing at work. The work you like working atmosphere good colleagues It's the good employer that makes you happy at work.
