Your HCTRA EZ TAG won’t work without money in your HCTRA balance. Funding it is like loading a prepaid card
Minimum balance: Add at least $20 to start. I usually load $40 during heavy commute weeks.
Payment options: Use a credit/debit card or link a bank account. HCTRA accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or ACH transfers.
How to fund: Go to “Payments” in your account, select “Add Funds,” and enter your amount. It’s instant via card, but bank transfers may take 1–2 days.
Check your balance after funding to confirm it’s active.
