The
Southwest Airlines Headquarters
is located at 2702 Love Field Drive, Dallas, Texas 75235, adjacent to Dallas Love Field Airport. As the headquarters of the largest low-cost carrier in the USA, this facility oversees operations for Southwest’s fleet of over 800 Boeing 737s and 60,000+ employees. The corporate office handles executive leadership, investor relations, media inquiries, and large-scale customer service issues. Notable Departments have customer relations (complaints/compliments), Group Travel, and Rapid Rewards loyalty program support. The office is not open for public tours, but the nearby Southwest Airlines Museum and Archives offers aviation history exhibits. For routine bookings or flight changes, use Southwest’s website or app instead. Media/partnership requests should email media@wnco.com. From its humble 1971 Dallas roots to its “no hidden fees” philosophy, Southwest’s corporate hub reflects its folksy, customer-first ethos. The building’s atrium features a replica Southwest 737 tail!
