I would like ask You for help.
Is possible send from PME whole query (SELECT statement with filters) to another script which execute Excel or pdf output?

afaik there is no configuration way. you have to edit the core class below line 1942 (after 'Main list_table() query' comment).
save $query to a global variable or call your library from there or ...
