Hi,
My MySQL table has about 10 columns, the last one being `Remarks`.
I am using the <textarea> element to Add/ Edit contents for `Remarks`. Its all working well.
My problem is, I would like to include the contents of `Remarks` on the List screen. But due to variable content length AND less width available on the web page, the visual appeal goes bad.
I was wondering if there is any way I can display a small image in a custom column and write a small code which which get the contents of `Remarks` onclick and show in a DIV.
Not sure if this is possible at all, if yes, how.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

You could can use
to display only 30 characters. Otherwise you might use a virtual (dummy) field to pass the record ID to a custom popup script which queries the db for Remarks and displays them.

You have to create that script yourself.
