First we focused in a general instructions on how to convert an OST file to Office 365 without PDS OST to OFFICE365 Converter Software: -
Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Export the OST file from Outlook by selecting "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import / Export".
Select "Export to a file" and click "Next".
Choose "Outlook Data File ( .pst )" and click "Next".
Select the OST file you want to export and choose the location where you want to save the exported file.
Check the "Include subfolders" option and click "Finish" to begin exporting the OST file to a PST file.
Once the export is complete, log in to your Office 365 account using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" button to access the Office 365 admin center.
Select "Users" > "Active Users".
Click on the user account where you want to import the PST file and select "Import".
Follow the prompts to upload the PST file and import it into the user's Office 365 mailbox.
