According to Condor airlines, their 24-hour cancellation policy will not cancel the ticket if the passenger cancels the ticket within 24 hours of the original booking.
And on a refundable ticket, the customer will receive all amounts excluding taxes as originally paid.
Condor Airlines Cancellation Policy says If a passenger cancels a non-refundable ticket, no refund will be made, but the passenger can rebook the ticket and the fare difference.
