No returns will be accepted after booking and payment. Passengers are not entitled to refunds or cancellation of travel bookings.
Any cancellation of travel arrangements must be notified in writing or by calling the Garuda Indonesia telephone number.
As per the airline's cancellation policy, only bookings made within 24 hours of booking are entitled to cancellation, provided that at the time of cancellation the departure date is 7 days away from the cancellation date.
