I can't help but think I'm missing some very basic principle or vocabulary that would allow me to do what I am attempting. I've spent most of the day digging into the forum and though I come up with promising subject lines, my attempts to implement with my data fail.

My tables looks like this:

items (Primary Key: lot)

Field Type
lot int(11)
name text
avail int(11)

bids (Primary Key: ID)

Field Type
ID int(11)
on_lot int(11)
Bidder int(11)
Amount int(11)
Quant int(11)
Time timestamp

I want a form that displays 1 item at a time with all of the bids where on_lot = lot from the item. Is this possible with phpMyEdit? What do I call it?

Thanks, and apologies for my ignorance.
