I would like to make something similar than it is in the old examples:

Full table lookups
or at least
Simple table lookups
is there updated example files available for download somewhere? what i could find in the forum that's much more difficult :( or is that truth, is this this much more difficult newer version ??? should i use older version or what could i do?

you just have to know which is the other 'table', which 'column' you want to join to, and what you want to be displayed ('description')

I have 2 similar tables:
szla_partner_pi:
ID
partner
szla_partner_rg:
ID
partner
I use partner tables to fill pcode(id in partner table) from dropdown list this works for me with 1 table but how can i diaplay partners from both?
$opts['fdd']['pcode'] = array(
'name' => 'Partner',
'select' => 'T',

);
$opts['fdd']['pcode']['values']['table'] = 'szla_partner_pi';
