Have the PME version with subforms working. Now I need to combine this with another patched version as mentioned in "Advanced table lookup -- joining three tables".
What should I do to get the combined class? [am not a CVS expert either, my roots are in C and relational database design :-) ]
In short I need subforms and the advanced table look-up functionality.
Please help!

well, that's problematic.
see patch(1) and diff(1) utilities
something like:
diff -Naur pme.v121.php your-pme.php > tables.patch
patch pme.current.php tables.patch
but due to differences between 1.121 version and 1.15* (current) that will probably fail. so you will have to do manually (copy paste).

Thanks Michal, I'll do the manual execise then. That means I'll be in trouble when the next release appears (have to do the exercise again, I expect). Will do some reading on CVS, diff and patch first to really understand what I'm getting into. Have a nice intranet phpBB + phpMyEdit + custom PHP code site and like to keep the personal patches as small as possible.
